Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• All items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as received.

• Customized or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

 

How to Return

 

1. Contact our customer service team at aneed-line@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.

2. Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging.

3. Ship the package to the return address provided in the return approval email. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Please note, any shipping fees are non-refundable.
